PayFlow Ireland uses only strictly necessary cookies: the small files that keep you signed in and protect your forms. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Because these cookies are essential to providing a service you asked for, the ePrivacy Regulations (S.I. 336 of 2011) and the Data Protection Commission’s guidance do not require consent for them, so there is no cookie banner.
| Cookie | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
payflow-session | Keeps you signed in and remembers your session (staff and the employee portal) | Until you sign out, or after 120 minutes of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN | Security: proves a form was sent from PayFlow and not from another website | Same as the session |
remember_… | Only if you tick “Remember me” when signing in: keeps you signed in on that device | Up to 400 days, or until you sign out |
When you pay a subscription you are taken to Stripe’s checkout pages. Stripe sets its own cookies there, mainly to prevent fraud, under Stripe’s cookie policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but you will not be able to sign in without the session cookie.
If we ever want to use a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first. Questions: info@payflowireland.ie. More about how we handle data: Privacy Notice.
